Sion’s Catered Needs and Project 43 are proud to partner with Los Angeles Trade Technical College to offer students valuable hands-on experience through our **Culinary Work Experience Program** and **Entrepreneur Program**. This collaboration is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the culinary industry while fostering their entrepreneurial skills and offering mentorship opportunities.

Through the program, students gain real-world experience by working in multiple facets of our operations, including the **Garden Department**, where they learn about sustainable farming and ingredient sourcing, and our **Community Market**, which serves the local community by offering fresh, high-quality products. This unique opportunity allows students to see the inner workings of both a thriving food service operation and a local market, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the culinary arts.

Additionally, mentorship from industry professionals provides guidance on business development, entrepreneurship, and leadership, preparing students for future endeavors in the culinary world and beyond. Together, we are committed to creating a nurturing and educational environment that empowers the next generation of culinary professionals.
